Our synchrotron involvement

The MuBeta Laboratory group utilises synchrotron light for an array of ongoing research projects including lung imaging and vascular PIV, as well as the development of synchrotron imaging and data processing techniques. The group frequents the Japanese synchrotron, SPring-8, twice a year for intense experiment beam-time, and intends to make use of the Medical Imaging and Therapy beamline at the Australian Synchrotron upon completion of construction.

Detailed synopses of our synchrotron research projects are listed on our Research page.
